Welcome to a space for strength, growth, and connection — a place to be heard, understood, and supported.

Life doesn’t always go the way we expect. Sometimes it feels messy, heavy, or confusing — and it’s hard to know where to start. That’s where counselling can help.

I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly, without judgement. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on for you, uncover what matters most, and find ways forward that feel right for your life.

Whether you’re dealing with stress, navigating relationships, healing from loss, or simply wanting things to feel different, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Meet Emma

I'm a counsellor and social worker who works with individuals, couples, and families. I specialise in helping couples build stronger, healthier relationships using Gottman Method Couples Therapy. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and strengths-based — blending ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Intervention, Interpersonal Counselling, and Grief and Loss work to suit your needs.

Alongside general counselling, I provide trauma counselling, including support for Victims of Crime, and offer EAP counselling for employees and workplaces. I also offer professional supervision for social workers, counsellors, and allied health professionals seeking reflective, compassionate and supportive supervision.

Together, we will create a safe space for growth, connection, and lasting change.
